
The name of the brand comes from the junction of two words: Functional – referring to functional foods and drinks, and Lab, which echoes the strong scientific culture of the company.
As simple and sleek as it might seem when you look at it from an outsider standpoint, our logo took us over six months to develop. We like to describe our art direction as scientific-chic. The whole concept of the brand is no fluff, no frills – the logo had to support that. Two words: Beauty Nutrition, always come right below the brand name. They are our mantra.
The Functionalab seal, which you will find on the packaging of every product we’re putting into market as well as on all of our marketing material, has a timeless, yet playful aspect to it. We thought it was totally luxurious to have our own monogram.
